Obituary for Ronald Raines
Ronald Lee Raines, 55 of 173 Locust Dr. Lindside, WV passed away July 4, 2016 at his home with his family by his side. Born September 9, 1960 in Lindside he was a son of the late Lacy and Fannie Crawford Raines. In addition to his parents Ronald was preceded in death by one brother David Raines.
Ronald is survived by his wife Sandy Simpkins Raines of the home,daughters Kelly Raines of Pearisburg, VA, Deborah Broyles and husband Steven of Princeton, Beth Thomas of Blacksburg, VA, sons Dustin Raines of Memphis, TN and James Meadows and wife Sandra of Princeton, one brother Richard Raines and wife Melissa of Peterstown, four sisters Marie Goodwin and husband Bill, Shelby Walker and husband Mike all of Lewisburg, WV, Gladys Whittaker and husband John of Pembroke, VA and Margaret Martin and husband Michael of Christiansburg, VA, 8 Grandchildren and 4 Great-Grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Thursday July 7, 2016 at 12:00PM (noon) at Wickline Funeral Home with Pastor Richard Hodges officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations please make donations to Kanawha Hospice Care at 1265 Maplewood Dr. Lewisburg, WV 24901.
