Iona Elizabeth Campbell 73 of White Sulphur Springs, WV passed away Monday September 19, 2016 at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center.
Born June 11, 1943 she was a daughter of the late Bina Kirkpatrick. Mrs. Campbell had worked at Moore's Laundromat for 10 years and cleaned numerous houses in the White Sulphur Springs area.
In addition to her mother she was preceded in death by two sons David Paul Campbell and Paul M. Campbell, one grandson Larry Bennet Jr, two sisters Desota Sharp and Ajean Lodge.
Mrs. Campbell is survived by her husband Paul Campbell of the home, four daughters Rose Aleshire of Lewisburg, Pauline Campbell and Emerald Campbell both of White Sulphur Springs, Amanda Campbell of Caldwell and one son Robert and wife Lori Campbell of Covington, VA. one brother Buster Sharp of Ronceverte, 12 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. several nieces and nephews and a special nephew Johnny Graham who helped as a caregiver for the past year and a half.
Funeral services will be held Friday September 23, 2016 at 1:00pm at the Wild Meadow Baptist Church with Pastor Roger McDaniel and Pastor Lowell O'Dell officiating. Burial will follow at the Campbell Cemetery on the homeplace.
Family will receive friends one hour prior to service at the church.
