Darold Michael "Mike" Snyder, 75 of Cove Mt. Road, Gap Mills (Glace) WV passed away Friday December 16, 2016 at University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville, VA. Born in Glace on December 14, 1941 he was a son of the late John Michael and Sarah Curtisine Webb Snyder. He was retired from NAPA in White Sulphur Springs as a auto parts clerk, he attended the Glace Chapel Church. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by sisters Cleda Feury, Ann Mentz and Janet Mentz.
He is survived by and was a father figure to Autumn Morris, Jane Estep, Becky Mentz all of Glace and J.D. Mentz of Sweet Springs, WV, one sister Doris Mines of White Sulphur Springs, several nieces and nephews and his beloved dog "Jasper"
Funeral services will be at 12:00 PM (noon) on December 21, 2016 at Shanklin Funeral Home with Pastors Jim Erwin and Ralph Hubbard officiating. Burial will follow at Dowdy Cemetery in Glace.
Friends may call on Tuesday December 20, 2016 from 6PM till 8PM at the funeral home.
