Virginia Ruth Moore, 91 of Hope Mills, NC formerly of Wikel, WV passed away Thursday at the home of her daughter in North Carolina.
Born July 28,1926 in Beckley, WV she was a daughter of the late Grover C. and Mary Burchett Hart. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband William "Bill" Moore, 2 sons Robert Franklin and David Moore, 2 brothers Paul and David Hart and 4 sisters Frances Hart, Jackie Moore, Floretta Lowatchie and Ester Sheehy.
Mrs. Moore is survived by three daughters Pamela Jane Moore of Fayetteville, WV, Becky Cooper (James) of Coal City, Trish Franklin (Kevin) of Hope Mills, NC, 5 sons George Moore (Shirley) of Fayetteville, WV; Danny Moore (Jenny), William Moore (Andria) both of Beaver, WV; Timmy Moore (Susie) of Meadow Bridge, WV; Anthony Moore (Bess) of Fayetteville, NC. 1 brother Richard Hart of Wikel, WV; 18 Grandchildren and 23 Great-Grandchildren, 4 Great-Great Grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held 4:00 PM Sunday June 17, 2018 at Mt. View Cemetery in Wikel, WV. Family will receive friends from 2:00 PM till 3:30 PM at Wickline Funeral Home.
