Frank was such a friendly man. He had a smile every time we saw him. He made my day better whenever I saw him. I'm sure he is making a lot of people smile in heaven, especially our Lord Jesus. "A man that hath friends must shew himself friendly: and there is a friend that sticketh closer than a brother." Prov. 18:24. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.
